Join us for a special yarn retreat at this sock lover’s weekend, where you will stay with Daisy from Devon Sun Yarns and Rachel Coopey from Coop Knits. The yarn retreat is held in a gorgeous house in Lyme Regis where you will spend the weekend indulging, relaxing and of course knitting socks! Choose from a double room for one person, or bring a friend and share a twin room. The house is just two minutes walk from the seafront and Lyme Regis main shopping street full of gorgeous treasures and gifts.
You will spend the weekend with Rachel and other yarn lovers, surrounded by yarn, making socks of your choice designed by Rachel, learning how to dye your own yarn and more sock knitting tips than you knew was possible . The weekend is very relaxed with lots of time to knit , learn tips and tricks from Rachel and enjoy the beautiful beach and town. Suitable for experienced or complete beginners, we will help you learn or improve your hobby.
Included in the price of the retreat:
A gorgeous room in a luxury 5* house , all food for the weekend including breakfast, lunch and dinner and plenty of cake, materials for all workshops and to make Rachels project, and a lovely goody bag. You will take home some hand dyed yarn, a goody bags and lots of new sock knitting skills
January 19-21st 2018 4pm- 4pm, Lyme Regis, Dorset. The nearest train station is Axminster and a taxi can be arranged to collect you. The house is modern and stylish but unfortunately does not have disabled access. Food is home cooked, and allergies can be catered for with advance notice.
